Inauguration of the Chunlei Malting Co. malting plant

Malteurop acquires the Chunlei Malting Co. malting plant - A strategic investment that significantly expands its operations and strengthens its position in export markets

Friday 23 October in Yancheng (China) – VIVESCIA cooperative group and its malting business have announced the acquisition of the Chunlei Malting Co. plant. With annual production capacity of 220,000 tonnes of malt, enough to make 2 billion liters of beer, Malteurop is taking its industrial and logistical capabilities in China to a new level. Based near Yancheng, 300 km north of Shanghai in the province of Jiangsu, this plant is aligned with the highest standards in terms of decarbonization thanks to industrial processes combining biomass and green electricity.

[Press Release] To accelerate the growth of its digital platform and support agricultural transitions, WIUZ welcomes VIVESCIA as a new shareholder alongside AXEREAL and TERRENA.

Backed by an expanded shareholder base, Wiuz is entering a new phase in the development of its agronomic digital platform, accelerating the growth of its traceability solutions for farmers, agricultural value chains and transitions. Wiuz has announced a new share issue that will see VIVESCIA grain cooperative group become its third major shareholder, with a 15% stake, alongside founding shareholders Axéréal and Terrena.
