Recognised for its expertise, product quality, and brands (Francine and Campaillette), Grands Moulins de Paris is now a key player on the milling market, helping artisan bakers, food manufacturers, and retailer around the world achieve success.

A source of fibre and protein, high in vitamins and minerals, Kalizea’s maize is used in a wide variety of "treats". To meet the wide-ranging needs of our food industry customers, we work in close collaboration with farmers to select varieties suited to their products and turn our maize into grits, semolina, flour, oil and more.
