Electrical and mechanical diagnostic/fault finding techniques and the application of remedial work in a breakdown situation.
Electrical/mechanical competences are required. Welding, basic machining, and fabrication skills are useful to enable the engineer to carry out various "general maintenance" tasks within the engineering field.
Root cause analysis carried out on line performance and stoppages
Production line monitoring
H&S checks and equipment compliant, in place and working
Recording tasks and store withdrawals, complying with all Délifrance quality system requirements and raising non-conformities where necessary.
Preparation, tidiness and cleanliness of work areas and stores are maintained.
Follow a “clean as you go” policy – keeping the work area tidy at all times and ensure that this is respected/followed by other members of the team.
