La Tourangelle
Kalizea and La Tourangelle, the leading French producer of specialty oils, have joined forces to introduce virgin maize oil to the general public. This flavoursome, gastronomic maize oil is produced exclusively in Kalizea's plant in Pringy, France, and sold under the La Tourangelle brand. Find out more
Kalizea puts down roots in Romania
Mid-2019, Kalizea's third European site in Slobozia (Romania) was inaugurated in the presence of the Romanian secretary of state for agriculture, the president of VIVESCIA, representatives from the French embassy, and Kalizea Boromir's customers and partner-farmers.
To experiment to better innovate With its new laboratory, Kalizea is taking the necessary steps to progress further in its Research & Innovation approach.
These new testing facilities, equipped with professional technical and culinary tools, are enabling the R&I to further investigate maize ingredients’ functionality and features. It also facilitates the assessment of new products’ potential applications and the provision of support to customers in the formulation and production process.
