With a range of over 1,000 products, Délifrance is one of the European leaders in the bakery market. Every day, its teams are working with the hotel, catering and bakery businesses, multiple retailers and its franchisees across the world.

  • Délifrance has always produced and distributed products created by the French savoir-faire: craft skills, baking tradition, paramount need for taste and quality. It is a bit of France that is distributed across the world whilst Délifrance strives to accommodate the requirements of each country, culture and customers and innovate with flavours from around the world.

  • Délifrance is widening its sources of inspiration by working with famous chefs and France’s Master Craftsmen (Meilleur Ouvrier de France - MOF). As part of its “Taste Experts” project, Délifrance is associated with Michel Roth, one of the most famous French chefs. Previous partnerships over the last few years included Thierry BAMAS (2011 MOF Pâtissier and 2010 frozen desserts world champion) and Pascal TEPPER (MOF Baker 2000 et 2002 winner of the Craftsman Trophy).

  • Being close with its customers is Délifrance’s strength. Through our international network of offices and production facilities, we are present in 25 countries across the world.

  • Délifrance pursues its internal growth. In order to boost its development and strengthen its position in Europe and Asia, Délifrance has acquired companies recognized for the premium quality of their product ranges in Switzerland and in China that widen the product range and the distribution network.

Délifrance is stepping up its development and is heading for China. The objective is to become the leading bakery company in Asia

Since 2014, the Thailand plant is producing pastries for the Asian market. Since 2016, Délifrance is also manufacturing in China from facilities based in Dongguan that produce a premium quality product range. Operational since 2003, this accredited and highly efficient plant facilitates the development of series of premium quality small batches. This versatility is also conducive to innovation.

Launched in February 2017, its collection of inspired party recipes dazzles with its combination of citrus and chocolate creations. This array of textures and savours is expressed into desserts miniatures, petits fours and macaroons.
