With the collaboration of VIVESCIA Group; its cooperative and its milling company, Grands Moulins de Paris; as well as the President of the French National Bakery and Pâtisserie Confederation (CNBPF), Dominique Anract, who was behind this application, a programme was devised to discover the baguette and all the know-how related to it, through every link in the chain… from the farmer to the baker!

Europe and France have committed to being carbon neutral by 2050. To do this, they must action two complementary levers: the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and an increase in carbon sequestration.

In January 2021, Grands Moulins de Paris unveiled its new brand platform. This was an opportunity for the company to reaffirm its fundamentals and go beyond delicious products to embody three of its key commitments: transparency, truth, and meaning. This ambition is demonstrated in particular through the use of blockchain technology, which is now available on Francine’s organic flour.

This year, "Grains" invites you to follow the path VIVESCIA has taken to ramp up its transformation and build a more agile, more sustainable, and more efficient Group for the future.

In accordance with the cooperative statutes, VIVESCIA's Board of Administrators today elected the President and the other members of VIVESCIA's Board Committee.
